Water consumption

Intake of fruits

Consumption of fresh fruits, which are soft and sweet, is very beneficial because the taste is bitter due to fever and antibiotics. Eat grapes, bananas, watermelons etc. because they are easily digested.

Acidic food, such as tea, coffee, chocolate, is present in the form of acid due to which leads to irritation. So stop taking them during chickenpox.
